Stand Eat Drink is Hiring a Restaurant Supervisor Near Milwaukee, WI

The SED Group is looking to hire a supervisor to assist in daily service. The SED Group owns and operates Don's TV Repair Speakeasy and Movida At Hotel Madrid.

We are looking for an individual to assist in leading service and managing the opening and closing of the restaurant. The supervisor will be expected to deliver a high-quality experience and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service.

The Supervisor will ensure efficient restaurant operations, as well as maintain high productivity, service quality, and customer-service standards.

The Manager will lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, the Manager will ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences.

Compensation:

Our business offers competitive pay and starting wages to attract and retain top talent. We believe in compensating our employees fairly and providing growth opportunities to help them reach their full potential. Depending on the level of experience, we offer competitive starting wages that reflect their skills and expertise. Starting wage is subject to change reflecting the amount of experience and ranges between $30,000 to $50,000 a year.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
  • Supervise shifts
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
  • POS expertise management for service
  • Complete filing and inspection of Daily Summary & Incident Reports
  • KEY ELEMENT: Adaptable to adjusting needs of daily service

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
